
Sofia's Ivan Vazov theater is home to Bulgaria's national theater. This neoclassical building was erected at the beginning of the XXth century. Together with Hristo Botev, Ivan Vazov was among the writers and intellectuals who led one of the first (misguided) uprisings against the Turks. The photo was taken by
